Claude Monet
Claude Monet a famous French painter was born in Paris and raised in Normany. He stayed in Europe his whole life, and has never traveled anywhere outside of Europe. Although he hasn’t ever been to Japan, he loves the culture and he loves to paint a lot of Japanese culture. Claude Monet is into landscaping and seascapes. When the war began in France, Claude had to go into hiding in London. He didn’t want to get drafted into the French army. While staying in hiding in London, he pained his famous Japanese bridge. He started the impressionist movement that changed the second half of the nineteenth century.
